UPDATE: FIFTEENTH AMENDMENT TO MALDIVES TOURISM ACT
On 19 March 2025, the Fifteenth Amendment to the Tourism Act came into effect introducing extended lease options, stricter compliance rules, and a dedicated Tourism Trust Fund.
